Job summary

Shure is seeking a Senior System Engineer or Software Architect to shape Angular and Node.js features for the Professional Audio platform. You will craft detailed requirements based on interviews and experience, and architect Angular/Node applications with emphasis on AWS and Electron.

You will develop proofs of concept, share best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions for IoT hardware and software.

Qualifications

8+ years’ experience as System Engineer or Software Architect on Angular, Electron, or Cloud products.
Strong desire to drive clarity through documentation.
Articulate, independent and detail oriented.
IoT product experience highly desired.
Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Requirements

8+ years’ experience as System Engineer or Software Architect on Angular, Electron, or Cloud products
Strong desire to drive clarity through documentation
Articulate, independent and detail oriented
IoT product experience highly desired
Programming languages: Node.js, TypeScript, Angular, and JavaScript
Experience with desktop applications; Electron is preferred
Experience with cloud platforms; AWS is preferred
Extensive technical experience either in infrastructure or production management
Knowledge of network products and protocols, including TCP/IP, Firewalls, Load Balancers, and DNS
High level of analytical skills in an IT environment
Process, tools, and service level improvement experience
Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
