GEICO is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable solutions for their Pricing organization. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring best practices in software design, and providing hands-on technical leadership. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in software engineering, particularly in Insurance and Finance applications, and will play a key role in transforming pricing strategies.
GEICO is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, enterprise-level solutions for our Pricing organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software engineering with a focus on Insurance / Finance related applications. This position involves hands-on technical leadership, innovation, and collaboration to align technology solutions with business goals.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product experts, and other technical leaders, to deliver end-to-end pricing solutions that will transform how GEICO develops and manages Pricing strategies. You will play a key role in the architecture, development, and deployment of cutting-edge solutions while ensuring best practices in software design, security, and performance. This role combines technical expertise with strong functional knowledge of Finance Systems.
As a Staff Software Engineer for Pricing, you will:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
$105,000.00 - $260,000.00
The above salary range is a general guideline. Factors such as role scope, candidate experience, education, work location, market, and business considerations influence the final offer.
