Job summary

Coreweave is looking for a Staff Engineer for Network Observability to define and evolve technical direction across multiple teams. You will build resilient telemetry systems, improve decision-making during operations, and enable automation workflows.

Your expertise will help mentor engineers and set technical standards. Ideal candidates should have extensive experience in observability solutions and strong programming skills in Python, Go, and Bash.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in building flexible network observability solutions.
• Experience as a Network Engineer, SRE, Software Engineer, or Systems Engineer.
• Comfortable containerizing and operating solutions in Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technical direction for network observability.
• Lead design and evolution of scalable observability solutions.
• Mentor junior and senior engineers through technical reviews.
