Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master's, or PhD in relevant hardware fault management.
• 10+ years of industry experience required.
• Experience in data center fleet management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Find and recommend solutions to mitigate field DRAM failure.
• Communicate ECC schemes to customers.
• Contribute to DRAM/HBM failure logging standardization.

Skills

Knowledge of SOC controller and memory operation

ECC design and verification

Understanding of address mapping between CPU and memory

Memory controller register modification

Linux kernel commit experience

DRAM and HBM failure mode understanding

Education

Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years relevant experience

Master’s degree with 8+ years relevant experience

PhD with 5+ years relevant experience
