BD is seeking a Staff Engineer for New Product Development in a hybrid role (4 days in the Franklin Lakes, NJ office). You will lead development of next‑generation TPE formulations for medical devices, translating science into scalable product platforms.

The role spans polymer science, processing, sterilization and aging effects to shape device performance. You will collaborate with R&D, QA, regulatory, and manufacturing to drive data‑driven decisions and robust material design inputs for future
