Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Staff Engineer for the Industrial Water Treatment (IWT) team to mentor the IWT engineers during the Blue Sky WWTP transition from Epcor and prepare for startup and sustained operations.

With over 12 years in mechanical engineering, you will guide design and maintenance procedures, forecast capacity needs, and communicate with internal customers to drive safe, efficient, and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in an Engineering environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor the IWT engineering team during the Blue Sky WWTP transition from Epcor to Samsung-led operations.
• Prepare the IWT team for start-up and sustaining operations.
• Apply expert knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and systems to projects and issues.
