Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Senior Industrial Engineer in Boise to lead capacity, space, and capital planning for Technology Development.

You will build forecasts, budgets, analyses, and recommendations while guiding workflows across Global TD Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Procurement. The role requires a BS in engineering with 3+ years of experience, familiarity with fab planning, and proficiency in SQL and AI tools to enhance outputs and presentations.

Formación

• BS in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering or Budget Engineering or Production Operations Management, with 3+ years of experience.
• Advanced understanding of fab planning, area tool configurations, manufacturing science, budget management, and optimization.
• Basic understanding of SQL and AI to improve output (presentations or technical analysis).
• Proven communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional partnerships and presenting analyses clearly.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities including root-cause analysis and data visualization.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including training and audits.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align budget, space, and capacity for TD.
• Lead capacity, space, and capital planning, building forecasts, budgets, analyses and decisions.
• Coordinate complex cross-functional projects, timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Apply industrial engineering, data analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to improve forecasting and decision-making.
