Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Strategy Engineer in Boise, Idaho to guide strategic wafer loading and capacity planning across global TD sites.

You will develop AI‑enabled analytics and forecasting models, lead quarterly business planning, and provide actionable insights to executives. Strong data analytics, leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration are essential. You will partner with engineering, operations, process integration, and finance to align technology development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Experience in data analysis, project management and cross‑functional collaboration across manufacturing or engineering teams.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization tools; SQL and Python knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic wafer loading, capacity planning, and scenario analysis across global TD sites.
• Partner with TD engineering to link collaborators into plans and timelines.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Process Integration and Finance to align plans and priorities.
• Develop AI-enabled analytics, forecasting models, and planning solutions.
• Lead quarterly business planning, coordinating timelines and cross-functional engagement.
• Analyze fab performance, traveler movement, wafer starts, yield, and capacity metrics.
• Build automated reporting, dashboards, and data visualizations for leadership.
