Job summary

Recursion, a clinical-stage TechBio company decoding biology with an AI-native drug discovery platform, is seeking a senior IAM leader to revamp the identity and access management strategy within a zero-trust architecture.

You will architect identity governance, RBAC/ABAC workflows, and partner with IT, security, and engineering to embed IAM principles and meet regulatory compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IAM experience with OAuth, SAML, Okta, AWS, Azure AD, and PAM.
• Strong communication and leadership to drive security initiatives.
