Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a senior engineer to coordinate field acceptance testing of 4G/5G software releases and new solutions. You will perform hands-on network performance analysis, work with antenna/RF configurations, and drive optimization efforts with SEA and Samsung HQ teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s in Electronics & Communication Engineering with 6 years of LTE/5G experience, knowledge of 3GPP Core & RAN, VNF, and RF/data protocols. No sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• 6 years of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience in LTE/5G performance projects.
• Experience in LTE/5G; 3GPP Core & RAN networks; RF engineering concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with a technical staff team for field acceptance of 4G/5G software releases.
• Conduct hands-on analysis of network performance issues and develop optimization solutions.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering & Operations on antenna/RF configs and database parameters.
• Manage project milestones, budgets and deliverables; communicate with management.
