Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Full-stack proficiency with React/React Native and Python backend.
- Product sense and user empathy.
- Technical leadership and roadmap execution.
- Ownership mentality and autonomy.
- Holistic problem solving from first principles.
- Performance focus on React and client-server.
- Growth mindset and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Accelerate growth of existing revenue streams across Nitro, Shop, Boosting, and User Identity.
- Own complex initiatives end to end by partnering with Product and Design to deliver best-in-class experiences.
- Collaborate with Staff Engineers to align systems, products, and long-term vision.
- Advise leadership on technical considerations and strategic planning.
- Lead full-stack work across Web, Android, and iOS, setting and raising the technical bar.
- Prototype new features rapidly and analyze insights from experiments.
