What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to support the build-out of a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake
- Design and implement solutions for data ingestion and transformation projects
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration to ensure systems are efficient and meet business expectations
- Support the establishment of a vision and technology roadmap for Finance data functions
- Analyze and translate business specifications into technical specifications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of Finance Systems experience with major ERP solutions (e.g., Oracle, Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft)
- 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica and DBT
- Good understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling and finance data lake/mart
- Ability to communicate effectively with users across Technology and Finance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart
- Experience in implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Knowledge of project management techniques and methodologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with accounting processes and reporting expectations
