What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to design and implement a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake
- Drive solutions for data ingestion and transformation projects using ETL/ELT tools
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle
- Support the establishment of a vision and technology roadmap for Finance data management
- Analyze and translate business specifications into technical requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of Finance Systems experience with leading ERP solutions (e.g., Oracle, Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft)
- 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong knowledge of Data processing and transformation using ETL/ELT tools
- Proficiency in SQL and experience optimizing SQL queries and ETL jobs
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart
- Experience implementing Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Good understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and forecasting processes
- Sound understanding of project management techniques and methodologies
- Ability to communicate effectively with users across Technology and Finance
