Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Salesforce AI Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will drive AI capabilities, governance, and secure integrations with external systems.

In this role, you will mentor teams, conduct architecture reviews, and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable platform solutions while aligning with enterprise technology strategy.

Qualifications

• Must have Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud architecture expertise.
• Certification: Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect.
• Experience with middleware and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of data modeling, governance, and security frameworks.
• Experience leading enterprise solution design reviews.
• Strong Agile and DevOps delivery experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Drive the adoption of Salesforce AI capabilities including Einstein AI, Agentforce, Generative AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
• Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies and AI innovations to recommend platform enhancements.
• Define enterprise architecture standards, integration frameworks, and Salesforce best practices.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, data governance, and overall data quality.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design and oversee implementation of complex integrations involving APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development, administration, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise technology strategy.
• Support Salesforce platform modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.
