CVS Health seeks a Staff Engineer to lead architecture, development, and scaling of core applications. You will bridge backend data systems, AI capabilities, and frontend experiences, delivering interactive dashboards, resilient microservices, and deep integrations with third-party data sources.

You will mentor teams, champion DevOps, and embed AI-driven features across products, ensuring operational excellence and scalable architecture across the tech stack.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on full-stack development and scalable applications.
• Experience with modern JS/TS frameworks and data visualization libraries.
• Proficiency in server-side languages (Node.js, Python, Java, C#, Go) and microservices design.
• Strong experience with relational/NoSQL DBs and data integration.
• Hands-on AI model/API integration and AI orchestration familiarity.
• Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD tooling with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Excellent ability to communicate architectural decisions to technical and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable web applications (frontends and backends).
• Architect and implement rich dashboards and data visualizations.
• Design secure APIs and data integration layers with diverse systems.
• Champion AI/ML features to automate workflows and insights.
• Develop and enhance complex orchestration and MFT automations.
• Drive DevOps and cloud-native practices, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC.
