CVS Health is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead architecture, development, and scaling of core applications. You will bridge backend data systems, AI features, and frontend experiences, mentored teams, and champion DevOps.

You’ll design dashboards, microservices, and integrations with third‑party systems while guiding technical strategy across the stack. As a hands‑on leader, you’ll drive AI enablement, cloud infrastructure, and robust observability, shaping the product roadmap and ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience in full‑stack design, architecture and scalable apps.
• Proficiency with modern JS/TS frameworks and data visualization.
• Backend languages and microservices, APIs, and data integration.
• Experience with AI model integration and orchestration tooling.
• Cloud platforms, CI/CD, containers, and IaC.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design of scalable web apps and dashboards.
• Architect secure APIs and data integration across systems.
• Drive AI features and orchestration in products.
• Build MFT and orchestration with robust error handling and monitoring.
• Own DevOps, CI/CD, containers, and IaC practices.
• Mentor engineers and set coding standards.
