Responsibilities

• Own platform-spanning workstreams for developer lifecycle components.
• Scale build and merge infrastructure for large JVM monorepos.
• Lead AI-assisted development stack, tooling, and observability improvements.
• Mentor engineers and drive cross-team collaboration.
• Represent and advocate for reliability and performance in roadmap decisions.
