Job summary

This role covers a full-stack CMS, rendering, and an agentic layer, serving millions of Airbnb users daily.

You will work with design, product, and marketing to solve growth-impacting problems, mentor engineers, and drive scalable technical vision across the platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's and/or Master/PhD's degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in backend systems with large-scale service-oriented architecture.
