Job summary

AiDASH, based in Palo Alto, seeks a Staff Engineer to architect and build the services behind new products. You’ll own back-end architecture for multi-tenant SaaS from pilot to production, decide language/framework calls, and design APIs and tool surfaces enabling AI agents to work with our data.

This hands-on role requires writing code, shipping pilots, and setting the technical bar for the team while mentoring others.

Qualifications

• Back-end software engineering with 8+ years experience.
• Experience architecting multi-tenant SaaS at scale.
• Expert PostgreSQL design and tenancy isolation.
• Strong API design and tool surface development for agents.
• Expert in Java; proficient in Python or TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build back-end for multi-tenant SaaS products.
• Define language/framework decisions for pod products.
• Design APIs and tool surfaces for AI agents.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering bar.
