Jobgether seeks a Staff Engineer / AI Builder in the United States to own the architecture, development, and deployment of production-grade AI and ML systems. You will lead agentic workflows, generative AI apps, and scalable infrastructure across backend, frontend, and cloud environments.

You will mentor engineers, set engineering standards, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable client value.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in deploying generative AI or LLM-powered systems in production.
• Expertise in agentic AI engineering including reasoning loops and tool calls.
• Ability to evaluate architectural approaches for single vs multi-agent systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of production-grade AI systems.
