Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems seeks a Staff Electronics Integration Engineer for San Diego (Rancho Bernardo), CA, or Palmdale, CA. On-site, full-time role in Avionics Integration Organization with travel up to 25%.

The role requires active Secret clearance, extensive RF payload experience, and strong integration skills across IPTs with suppliers. Relocation support may be available and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with extensive engineering experience.
• Master’s or PhD in STEM with related engineering background is preferred.
• Experience with RF payload systems and avionics integration is required.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize yourself with the design, development and sustainment of an avionics-related subsystem.
• Engage with supplier teams to resolve integration issues.
• Collaborate with IPTs to ensure schedules are met.
