Black & Veatch is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to lead projects for water and wastewater clients. You will manage schedules, budgets, staffing, and design coordination while providing technical guidance.

Develop client relationships, coordinate with utilities, inspect construction, and support startup/testing. Preferred candidates hold a PE license and water/wastewater experience, with knowledge of power analysis tools such as SKM or ETAP.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of related work experience.
• Active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer-of-record requirements.

Lead electrical engineering projects for water and wastewater clients, managing schedules, budgets, staffing, design coordination, and technical guidance. Develop client relationships and solutions, coordinate with utilities, inspect construction, support equipment startup and testing, review supplier submittals, and contribute to business development.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent engineering experience, at least five years of related work experience, and active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer-of-record requirements. Preferred qualifications include a professional engineering license, water/wastewater consulting experience, expertise in medium- and low-voltage systems, client-facing or business development experience, and familiarity with power analysis software such as SKM or ETAP.
