Job summary

Terrace Manor Nursing & Rehab in Alabama is seeking an RN Staff Educator and Development to lead nursing education for our team. The successful candidate will mentor staff, develop training programs, and promote best practices across resident care.

This role requires strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and elevate individual strengths through structured teaching and hands-on coaching.

Qualifications

Current RN license in Alabama.
Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
Experience in healthcare education and senior care preferred.

Responsibilities

Educate nursing staff on clinical practices and protocols.
Develop, implement, and evaluate staff education programs.
Mentor and assess staff performance to promote quality resident care.
