Job summary

Trailborn Hotels & Resorts in Jackson, Wyoming is hiring an Employee Dining Attendant to keep the employee dining area clean, stocked, and welcoming for staff. You will support food service by setting up stations, replenishing supplies, and maintaining a hygienic dining environment.

The role requires basic food safety knowledge, the ability to stand for long periods, attention to detail, and good communication with team members. Prior hospitality experience and ServSafe certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
• Effective communication with employees and team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the employee dining area, including wiping tables, chairs, and counters regularly.
• Assist in setting up and replenishing food and beverage stations to ensure availability throughout service hours.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies and environmental guidelines.
• Monitor dining area supplies and communicate needs for restocking.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Respond promptly and courteously to employee inquiries or concerns related to the dining area.
• Support team members during peak hours by assisting with light food preparation or service tasks as needed.
