Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server assistant, busser, or similar support role preferred.
• Hospitality or restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
• Prepare and set all dining areas for service.
• Set tables before, during, and after service according to standards.
• Offer water to all seated guests.
• Clear plates and silver between courses and prep set up for the next course to be served.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
