Job summary

Vyne is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to lead the DevOps practice in a fully remote role. You will design and implement scalable, highly available infrastructure and AI-enhanced tooling, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with product goals.

You will build CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment and management of applications, ensure reliability and performance, and stay ahead of emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related DevOps experience.
• Master level knowledge of AI-enhanced DevOps tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, GitLab Duo, New Relic AI).

Responsibilities

• Automate the build, deployment, and management of applications and infrastructure.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to support deployment and infrastructure needs.
• Mentor junior DevOps Engineers in best practices.
• Create high level architectural designs and proof of concept implementations.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of systems and services.
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate DevOps activities (e.g., deployments, code generation, testing, documentation).
• Document system designs, processes, and best practices.
