Job summary

KETCH in Wichita, KS is seeking a Staff Development Trainer to energize our nonprofit HR team. You will lead staff training, prepare and follow up activities, monitor expirations, and assist with scheduling while supporting recruiting and hiring processes.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in HR or related field, have at least six months of adult training experience, and demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Human Resources or related field.
• Six months of experience training adults in a work setting.
• Proficient in attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizing and time management skills.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Preferred knowledge or experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or ¼ of own body weight, whichever is less.
• Other beneficial experience – confidentiality, ADP, Microsoft applications, customer service, employee training, trainer, HR generalist, training coordinator, multi-tasking, building relationships, attention to detail.

We are a thriving nonprofit on a mission, and we are looking for an energetic, collaborative Staff Development Trainer to be the heartbeat of our Human Resources team! In this role, you will be the bridge that connects, inspires, and empowers our amazing team across every single department.
