Job summary

Civita Care Center at Newington is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join us as Staff Development Coordinator. You will help shape nursing education and resident care across the facility by leading onboarding and ongoing competency training.

In this role you’ll collaborate with nursing leadership to strengthen clinical practice, coordinate preceptors, and support staff growth while fostering a positive learning environment and continuous quality improvement.
