Job summary

Prattville-Health-and-Rehabilitation-LLC in Prattville, AL is seeking a Staff Development Registered Nurse (RN) to lead educational initiatives for nursing and support staff.

You will plan and implement training, onboard new hires, evaluate competencies, ensure compliance with standards, support infection control, and mentor nursing staff to elevate resident care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Alabama.
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric populations preferred.
• Clerical ability to read reports and utilize data for various purposes.
• Ability to plan and direct the department while coordinating with other departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Current Registered Nurse in Alabama
2. Experience in the long term care or working with the geriatric population as a Staff Development Nurse is highly preferred.
3. Must have at least three years nursing experience
4. Clerical ability is necessary to read reports and utilize data accurately for other purposes.
5. Skill in organizing and planning programs and managing personnel to provide nursing service for residents.
