Reliant Management is seeking a dependable Staff Development Director/Infection Preventionist to join our team. This role oversees educational activities across nine skilled nursing facilities and requires travel to multiple sites.

You will lead planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing education, mentor staff, analyze infection data and promote evidence-based infection control practices in line with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active California LVN or RN license.
• DSD Certified is required.
• Infection Preventionist certification required.
• Knowledge in Point Click Care is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee educational activities across nine facilities and travel to multiple sites.
• Lead planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing education to enhance knowledge and skills of nursing staff.
• Provide infection prevention data analysis and trends to nursing staff and health care practitioners.
• Consult on infection risk assessment, prevention, and control strategies and train staff on evidence-based practices.
