Responsibilities

• Develop and implement staff development programs and strategies to enhance knowledge, skills, and performance

• Collaborate with department leaders and staff to design and deliver focused training sessions and workshops
• Implement and evaluate staff development initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to staff to enhance performance and job satisfaction
• Monitor and report on staff development progress, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
