Job summary

IEC is seeking an experienced Director of Education to lead the campus education team and oversee delivery of quality programs. The role focuses on developing and implementing effective academic strategies to meet retention and completion goals.

The candidate will supervise faculty and staff, recruit and train personnel, review curricula, and monitor campus metrics. Strong leadership, budgeting, and IT skills are essential to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of combined management, teaching and education administration experience.
• Experience with curriculum development and evaluation.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in using student databases and educational resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee campus education team and ensure quality programs.
• Develop and implement academic strategies to improve retention and completion.
• Supervise faculty and staff with coaching and advisement.
• Recruit, train and develop faculty and staff.
• Monitor retention, attendance and completion metrics at campus level.
• Prepare class schedules and optimize class sizes.
• Manage education department budget and resources.
