Job summary

Lbhealthcenter seeks a Director of Staff Development to oversee orientation, education and learning for personnel in a care-focused environment. You will monitor nursing activities to ensure quality care and lead the infection prevention program in line with state and federal standards.

Ideal candidates have nursing credentials, California RN/LPN licensure and CPR, with 1–3 years in direct care and supervisory experience. Join a team that supports growth and excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience providing direct care; supervisory experience desirable.
• Nursing degree from accredited college or graduation from RN or LPN program.
• Current unencumbered license to practice as an RN or LPN in California.
• Current, valid CPR certification.
