Works closely with all departments and monitors, controls and prevents infections at the facility,**Responsibilities include:**· Formulates, implements and evaluates policies and procedures for the facility wide In-service programs· Prepares annual calendar and master schedule of mandatory and other pertinent in-service programs· Schedules, conducts and arranges mandatory and other services for all staff· In conjunction with Department Leaders, conducts facility orientation for all new employees· Acts as a liaison with families and patients**Required Background:**· Associate’s degree in nursing required.
