Job summary

Regalcare Rehabilitation in Worcester, MA seeks a Staff Development Coordinator to plan and manage staff education programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

The role reports to the Director of Nursing Services and Administrator, overseeing resident care, educational scheduling, and program records while ensuring ongoing staff development and quality assurance.

Qualifications

  • RN license in Massachusetts.
  • 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proficient in English (written/spoken).
  • Decision-making and leadership skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledgeable in nursing practices and regulations.
  • Ability to plan, develop, and interpret programs and policies.
  • Continuously engage in education and training.

  • Uphold customer service standards.
  • Handle additional duties such as Quality Assurance.
