Marquis Health Consulting Services seeks a Staff Development Coordinator for North End Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Boston, MA. This full-time role leads education and training for current and new staff, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active, and unencumbered RN license in Massachusetts.
• Experience as a Staff Development Coordinator or Infection Preventionist or similar educational leadership role preferred.
• Strong ability to build positive relationships and gain staff support at all levels.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of long‑term care regulations, nursing education, and staff competency requirements.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Ensure the center maintains appropriate staffing levels and nursing care to support quality resident outcomes.
• Develop, coordinate, and provide education and training programs for new and existing employees.
• Conduct employee orientation and ongoing in‑service education to ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and organized education records, competency validations, and required documentation.
• Assist with admissions as needed and support the nursing department's overall workflow and resident care units.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify educational needs and promote continuous staff development.
• Monitor compliance with mandatory training requirements and clinical competencies.
• Support quality improvement initiatives through education, coaching, and staff development.

Qualifications
