Job summary

DoorDash Labs is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Data Visualization to own applications that introspect robot data. You will bridge sensors, logs, diagnostics, telemetry, and mission intel, building end-to-end systems with a strong autonomy focus.

You will set roadmaps, craft scalable visualization tools, and deliver intuitive 2D/3D outputs for a diverse set of users across the Dot team, contributing to the Dot robotics program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in full stack software development.
• Fluency with React and Typescript.
• Experience in 3D computer graphics.
• Comfortable identifying and solving problems with ambiguity.
• Excel at cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the data visualization applications for introspecting robot data.
• Architect and develop end-to-end backend and frontend systems.
• Set roadmaps and identify opportunities for new visualization tools.
• Develop intuitive, practical, and delightful interfaces for diverse users across the Dot team.
