Job summary

Boulevard Labs, Inc. is hiring a Staff Data Scientist to build the Product Intelligence function and own core analytics responsibilities.

You will work across engineering, product, and analytics to transform data into actionable insights that shape product decisions and customer understanding. Responsibilities include modeling customer behavior, driving data-driven strategy, and establishing scalable analytics workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience in data science, product analytics, or engineering in a B2B SaaS/high-growth environment.
• Fluency with SQL and Python; proficiency with Snowflake, DBT, Sigma; experience in production analytics on AWS.
• Direct experience designing product instrumentation, event schemas, and tracking plans.
• Expertise in building dashboards with Sigma/Looker/Tableau and enabling self-serve data for teams.
• Strong ability to translate data findings into actionable opportunities and strategic recommendations.
• Proven end-to-end experimentation ownership, with design, analysis, and defensible impact readouts.

Responsibilities

• Build the product data foundation across the Product Development organization; design models and tech to translate data into analytics assets.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to inform strategy and drive action; create compelling data narratives and visuals.
• Create scalable dashboards that empower teams to explore data and connect analytics to OKRs and outcomes.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses of customers and product usage; surface insights to influence product direction.
• Bridge product data with the broader organization to inform cross-functional decisions.
• Establish analytical workflows and tooling investments to enforce data accuracy at scale.
• Own the experimentation practice for product development; design tests, set metrics, and deliver defensible results.
