Realtor.com is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to build the scoring and optimization engine behind Lead Intelligence and Revenue Optimization. You will determine lead worth, allocate across clients, products, and geographies, and maximize revenue through predictive modeling and optimization.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Tech, and Client Engineering to deploy models into production decisioning and drive KPIs across a national marketplace.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in data science, applied statistics, or ML, with strong business impact.
• Bachelor's or higher in CS, statistics, mathematics, OR or similar quantitative field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the predictive scoring models to estimate likelihood of transaction and value of leads.
• Value lead inventory by geography, product, and intent signal for allocation decisions.
• Formulate lead distribution as constrained optimization across clients, products, and geographies.
