Realtor.com is seeking a Staff Data Quality Engineer to own the integrity and reliability of lead management systems. You will architect strategies, implement automated data validation, and drive cross-functional initiatives for scalable, self-healing pipelines.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in data engineering or related fields, strong SQL and Python skills, and a track record leading large-scale data initiatives to improve customer fulfillment and operational metrics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data quality, or software engineering with a focus on system performance and data integrity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record as a technical leader diagnosing and resolving complex, large-scale system issues.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale enterprise dashboards and automated alerting for end-to-end lead journey.
• Own data quality lifecycle with automated validation tools and governance guardrails.
• Identify and bridge architectural gaps in lead funnel and implement long-term solutions.
• Provide architectural roadmaps and process improvements to ensure stability and scalability.
• Enforce data contracts, SLAs, and best practices across the lead ecosystem.
• Mentor data engineers to raise coding standards and testing practices.
