Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a senior analytics professional to own the full measurement framework for a live product line, delivering KPIs, dashboards, and instrumentation. You’ll tackle complex marketplace challenges, including pricing and causal inference, while partnering with Product, Marketing and Sales to shape commercial impact.

You will lead deep-dive analyses, forecast opportunities, and build trust across teams to improve NPS and funnel performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in analytics related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary partner to cross-functional stakeholders for product performance insights.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses using A/B testing, statistical modeling and ML techniques.
• Forecast and size opportunities to guide product strategy and funnel improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Sales to drive data-backed decisions.
• Advocate for adoption of analytics tools like Amplitude across teams.
• Analyze NPS drivers for seller-focused products and propose improvements.
• Share best practices with other analytics teams and improve data architecture and testing platforms.
• Create end-of-analysis summaries and actionable insights from analytic plans.
