Medbridge Inc. is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to lead production-grade predictive and statistical models in healthcare.

You will own end-to-end model development, from framing with product and clinical partners to shipping in Snowflake, monitoring, retraining, and measuring impact. You will set modeling standards, write production-quality code with testing and version control, and collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams.

Qualificações

• Evidence of models running in production with deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Strong understanding of data generation, uncertainty, and method selection.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and disciplined software engineering (testing, review, reproducible pipelines).
• Experience with healthcare data and causal inference/evaluation design.
• Ability to translate business goals into shipped model features in collaboration with product/engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Own design, development, validation, and production operation of predictive and risk-adjustment models.
• Set methodological standards and document decisions for peer review.
• Write production-grade code with testing, versioning, and responsible deployment in Snowflake.
• Estimate impact of Medbridge products and content on patient outcomes using appropriate methods.
• Turn ambiguous goals into well-posed problems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship models.
