Qualifications

• 9+ years in product/growth analytics, data science, or applied statistics.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; comfortable in Snowflake + dbt environment.
• Experience turning behavioral and revenue data into segment-level insights that influenced decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer-growth outcome end to end with trusted metrics.
• Model the B2B2C dynamic and surface where value is created or lost.
• Partner on growth experiments and validate causal vs correlational claims.
