Job summary

Ripple seeks a Staff Data Scientist to lead analytics across its product and business portfolio. You will define the analytics vision, build scalable frameworks, and use AI tooling to accelerate analytics throughout the company.

Partner with product and business leads to frame critical questions, set the analytical bar, and ensure decisions rest on a thorough foundation. You’ll mentor teams and raise the DS function’s impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science with senior impact across teams.
• Technical leadership across cross-functional teams shaping roadmaps.
• Design reusable analytics and measurement frameworks that scale.
• Hands-on AI to accelerate analytics workflows with agentic analysis.
• Experience with experimentation, causal inference, forecasting, modeling.
• Expertise in Python or R, fluency in SQL, large-scale data tech.
• FinTech/payments/crypto data experience is a strong plus.
• MS/PhD preferred; strong executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the DS tech lead across multiple product and business teams.
• Partner with product leads to define analytics strategy and success criteria.
