Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead data science efforts for one or more product areas (Payments, Stablecoin, Custody).
• Partner with product leads to shape roadmaps and success metrics.
• Build frameworks for product/network health metrics and forecasting.
• Apply AI to scale insight generation and automate routine analysis.
• Drive evidence-based growth evaluation across customers and on-chain activity.
• Define and communicate metrics to senior leadership.
• Mentor data scientists and elevate analytical practices.
