Ripple is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive analytics across our product and business portfolio. You will build scientific frameworks to evaluate performance and use AI tooling to accelerate insights.

You will partner with product and business leads to frame questions, define metrics, and ensure decisions rest on rigorous evidence. You’ll lead MT-level analyses, develop product health metrics, and scale analytics using LLMs and agentic workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data science with measurable impact on product and business decisions.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to shape roadmaps.
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a quantitative field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data science for one or more product areas and solve hard analytics problems.
• Partner with product and business leads to shape roadmap decisions and measures of success.
• Build frameworks for product and network health metrics and forecasting.
• Apply AI to accelerate analytics with LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Mentor junior data scientists and raise analytical practice.
