Ripple is seeking a Senior Data Scientist in San Francisco to drive analytics across our product and business portfolio. You will build scientific frameworks to evaluate performance and apply AI tooling to accelerate insights for product and business teams.

You will partner with product leaders to frame questions, design rigorous analyses, and deliver reusable data products, mentoring others and raising the analytical bar across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data science or quantitative analysis with measurable impact.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to shape roadmaps.
• Track record designing analytics frameworks adopted by other teams.
• Hands-on AI to accelerate analytics and self-serve insights.
• Expertise in experimentation, causal inference, forecasting, and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and large-scale data tech (Databricks).
• FinTech, payments, crypto, or blockchain data experience is a plus.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead data science for one or more product or business areas — Payments, Stablecoin, or Custody.
• Partner with product and business leads to shape roadmap decisions and success metrics.
• Build frameworks for product and network health, causal inference, and forecasting.
• Apply AI to accelerate analytics and make data self-serve for non-DS partners.
• Drive growth analytics across customers, on-chain activity, and corridors.
• Define and translate metrics for leadership narratives.
• Mentor junior data scientists and raise the analytical bar.
