Job summary

Twilio is seeking a Staff, Data Product Manager to lead data product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle across data platforms and tools. You’ll align data initiatives with business goals, collaborating with data engineers, scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, trustworthy data assets that power decision making and personalization.

You’ll drive governance, self-service access, and adoption of data tools, while shaping training materials and staying ahead on industry best

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, engineering, or analytics with data focus
• Experience with data platforms, pipelines, and analytics/BI tools
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts
• Experience collaborating with data teams (engineering, analytics, data science)
• Knowledge of data governance and privacy standards
• Strong communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with agile product development
• Strong PM skills to prioritize many initiatives

Responsibilities

• Define and own vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products and platforms
• Bridge between data engineers, scientists, analysts and business stakeholders
• Develop requirements and user stories focused on data access, usability, and quality
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and feasibility
• Ensure proper data governance, privacy, and compliance practices
• Provide self-service access to GTM data via platforms and interfaces
• Monitor data quality and user adoption; report on effectiveness
• Define and track success metrics for data products
• Foster data-driven decision making and data accessibility
• Collaborate with finance, product, and sales to serve internal customers
• Stay informed about data product management trends
• Create training materials to empower teams in data usage
