Job summary

Workday is seeking a GTM Analytics Product Manager to own the strategic delivery of a data platform portfolio within ED&A, including AI-enabled experiences. You will define standards for Data Product and Active Data Governance at scale and drive enterprise data initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technical product management experience in Enterprise Data & Analytics supporting GTM
• Proven track record managing a suite of data or platform products at enterprise level
• Exceptional experience influencing VP and SVP-level stakeholders to drive pivots

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio strategy and delivery roadmap for enterprise data capabilities
• Lead complex technical transitions and manage cross‑team dependencies
• Standardize methodologies across the product management community
• Architect engagement strategies for senior leaders to secure long‑term support
• Design blueprint for integrating AI tools (Gemini, Sana) into product management
