Twilio is seeking a Staff Data Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for internal data products and platforms. You’ll bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and business needs, owning vision and governance across data products.

You will partner with engineering, sales, and marketing to shape data platforms, promote self-service analytics, and drive GTM data capabilities in a high-signal, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data products or analytics infrastructure.
• Proficient in SQL and able to understand data modeling concepts.
• Experience supporting GTM or sales analytics in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into actionable business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products and platforms.
• Define data platform features and model enhancements; enable self-service GTM data access.
• Ensure data governance, privacy, and compliance standards are met across projects.
